Web Care Package.
This service includes 24/7 support on your web site. You may contact us via email or phone in your request for a one-year period from the service purchase date. This service will cover on the spot minor changes in your site. It will also cover management of your domain. The minor site changes will include; two new or additional pages added to your site with links or new button sets added to the designed navigation set. Any text additions to be made will only be done on established pages, email, or address and contact changes. Any broken links or images will be fixed at any time for one year. Minor Graphics Changes only are limited to buttons, minor navigation additions and small image insertions. "no new additional back end code will be done if the coding was done by a developer other than Pixel Faces Design" In case your site is destroyed from the host server going down, virus or any reason. A backup of your site will be made once a month if you request it. This is so you would be able to restore your web site to the time it was last backed up. (Copies could be sent to your business address for an additional cost.) Any Major changes to the design will be considered as a "re-design and reuse development" and not covered by the web care package. Also this package does not cover online stores. All web packages will adhere to the Disclaimer and Contract Overview Statements.
